Mercedes-Benz Mobilo is our standard long term mobility package, guaranteed to keep you mobile.

Mercedes-Benz Mobilo applies to vehicles registered on or after 1 April 2008, within the geographic area of validity. You can benefit from the services provided by Mercedes-Benz Mobilo in the following situations:

In the event of a technical breakdown

If your vehicle fails to start or can no longer continue its journey due to a Mercedes-Benz component failure.

In the event of a minor mishap

If you inadvertently have a minor mishap which prevents you from driving your vehicle, Mercedes-Benz Mobilo will not leave you stranded. A minor mishap can be something as simple as losing a key, having incorrect oil or coolant levels, incorrect fuel in the tank, and running out of fuel or water ingress.

In the event of an accident/ vandalism

Mercedes-Benz Mobilo will also help if you are unable to safety or legally drive your vehicle due to a road traffic accident or an act of vandalism. An accident or an act of vandalism is defined as an external event involving mechanical force suddenly impacting the vehicle from the outside, resulting in the car not being drivable. This is also the case whenever your vehicle is deliberately damaged by a third party.
